US Support Agent Overview
Amber is an Australian based fin-tech on a mission to empower people on their path to accumulating wealth, by making investing in Bitcoin as easy and accessible as possible. We are on the hunt for a Customer Support Agent to join our crew as we prepare to take our app (Available on iOS and Android) to the US.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages, which will involve:
– Helping the users with questions they have about the app
– Identifying, solving, and reporting issues the users are facing
– Triaging and assigning support tasks to management
– Ensuring all users, current and future, have a positive experience with Amber
– Processing and reporting customer feedback
– Managing users expectations
– Helping customers love the brand
We are looking for someone who is eloquent, friendly, and great at keeping customers happy.
It will help if you are:
– An expert with Intercom
– Familiar with the fundamentals of money and investing
– Excellent at managing large volumes of support tickets
